Jinglepot

Jinglepot

Jinglepot is a pretty, rural valley located under the mountain. The area is quiet and away from the city yet in close proximity to the Waterfront District and the North End big-box convenience. It offers bus service, schools and two major intersections providing easy access to the Parkway with most traffic turning away from that direction. Before the Parkway was built in the late 1990's, Jinglepot was much more remote, the one long loop curving from Harewood to the base of the mountain, and out toward Diver Lake.

Hike to Ammonite Falls or play at Westwood Lake, a 106 hectare park with a 6m maintained trail, playground and sandy beach. Nestled in the foothills of Jinglepot is the popular Benson Meadows neighbourhood, a natural setting surrounded by hiking and bike trails and creeks.

Homes in the Jinglepot area come in a variety of shapes and styles, with old farmhouses and new ones, funky getaways, and new homes on subdivisions.
