About Ashley Metcalf

Ashley Metcalf is a Vancouver Island University Alumni and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration, along with over 15 years of customer service and sales experience. Ashley joined the Charlie Parker Team in early 2016 and averages over 50 successful sales per year.

 

Specializing in working with clients who are selling their homes, Ashley has attended hundreds of market evaluations and is always quick to respond to clients’ inquiries, ensuring they have the highest level of service. With her expert knowledge and experience, along with a dedicated, hard-working nature and passion for working with people, Ashley seamlessly guides her clients through the home-selling process. She is fully committed to client satisfaction.

 

Ashley leads the Charlie Parker Team alongside Graeme Parker, supporting the real estate professionals and administrators on the team while continually working to improve systems, technologies, and methods of communication designed to provide the best possible customer service.

 

Having grown up in a small town on Vancouver Island then later establishing herself in Nanaimo, Ashley has strong ties to the community and enjoys giving back. She volunteered at the Haven Society for 4 years as a member of the board of directors initially as the Treasurer, then Vice President, then President, and finally as the Past President.

 

In her spare time, Ashley can be found going for walks with her husband Josh, and big dog Kaya. She loves exploring the great outdoors and working out at her favorite local gym.
