After graduating with an economics degree from the University of Victoria, Julien started his professional career in financial services. His role on the other side of the desk helped him hone his investment skills and garner the ability to understand his clients’ financial needs. This is where he uncovered his passion for helping people realize their investment potential (both in real estate and others areas). Julien saw firsthand that buying or selling a home was among the largest monetary investments of one’s life. He discovered that real estate was where he wanted to take his career and soon built a strategy to get there.

 

Several years later, he landed a robust consulting role that worked directly with real estate professionals to develop their online marketing techniques. Julien was able to leverage his investment knowledge and mentor some of the top real estate agents in the country. He worked alongside them to develop cutting-edge marketing plans and sales strategies. This role was the perfect preceding step for the next phase in his career as a real estate professional in Nanaimo.

 

When Julien isn’t busy helping his clients buy and sell their homes, you can typically find him outside exploring the abundance of trails, mountains, and viewpoints that Vancouver Island has to offer (he’s even happy to share a few secret spots). Julien also loves disc golf and enjoys playing games with friends at Bowen Park to wind down from the day. Being the energetic and social guy that he is, Julien is always on the go.
