Welcome to Diver Lake

Diver Lake is a small, pristine lake home to birds and wildlife located just northwest of the city center. The neighbourhood gets its name from the lake and is quiet and close to nature, while still being centrally located near all North Nanaimo’s amenities. Both of Nanaimo’s two main highways are easily accessible from this neighbourhood, providing quick access to all the city has to offer. Although considered a historic area with older homes, there are plenty of new subdivisions popping up. Diver Lake is becoming an affordable option for new homeowners and families because of the neighbourhood’s reasonable housing prices.

Diver Lake has an abundance of parks nearby, with other beautiful outdoor locations to explore like Ammonite Falls, Long Lake, Lantzville Foothills, and of course the lake itself. Other attractions include an enchanting wooden boardwalk, a playground, ball diamond, tennis courts, and an area for BMX biking. This is an ideal neighbourhood for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.
