Lower Lantzville – Seaside Paradise
Located just north of Nanaimo, Lower Lantzville is a quaint seaside town along some of the most beautiful coastlines found on Vancouver Island. New developments continue to pop up here, increasing the area’s popularity and value. This neighbourhood features many large properties, most of which have stunning ocean views.
Locals can be found beachcombing with the mainland coastal mountains as a backdrop, along with breathtaking views of the Winchelsea Islands. In addition to the marvelous beaches, Lower Lantzville also features several parks including Copley, Huddlestone, and Rotary Park. Huddlestone Park has a huge children’s playground, plenty of lawn areas, and a pavilion for picnics. These parks make this breathtaking neighbourhood particularly enticing for families looking for a place to call home.
When we take a break from selling houses, we love to come to this off-leash dog park.

Restaurants and Retail
There are a few restaurants in this neighbourhood including the Lantzville Pub. This pub is open seven days a week with daily food and drink specials. Residents may also enjoy Katerina’s – a small Greek restaurant in the heart of this quaint town.
A few other retail shops include Leiv It Or Love It, 4Cats Arts Studio, Cabelas, and Broconte Living. Woodgrove Centre is also close to here, offering convenient shopping in Vancouver Island’s largest shopping mall.
